    • About the roleWe're looking for a laundry assistant to work in our commercial laundry based in Ellerslie, servicing multiple retirement village care homes around Auckland and the Waikato.


    This is a permanent, full-time position working a roster 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday), across 2 shifts as follows, so flexibility is essential:


    Morning Shift - Start 4:30am to 1pm


    Second Shifts - Start 8am to 4:30pm


    Some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Working in the laundry sorting incoming laundry, loading machines, pressing garments to folding clean linen and packing linen for delivery.

  • Cleaning and tidying of laundry

  • Working as part of a team
