Laundry Attendant

We are Hiring Branch Personnel

Laundry Attendant:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry according to fabric type and service standards.
• Operate washers, dryers, steamers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect items for damage or stains and report issues to the supervisor.
• Apply proper stain removal and washing techniques as trained.

Customer Service:

• Assist customers with inquiries, pick-up, and drop-off of laundry.
• Ensure accurate tagging, recording, and safekeeping of customer items.
• Handle payments and issue official receipts when assigned.
• Provide excellent service to promote customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• High school Graduate / College Level or equivalent.
• Previous experience in laundry, customer service, or retail is a plus.
