Job Responsibilities

• Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver clean laundry to hotels, restaurants, and commercial locations in a timely manner
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to optimise time and fuel usage while meeting customer deadlines
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during pickups and deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, including customer details and special instructions
• Conduct regular checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure cleanliness, sufficient fuel, and good working condition
• Report any vehicle issues or required repairs promptly to supervisors
