What You'll Do
Fold to Standard
Fold finished items as they come off the dryers, ironers, and rollers: bedsheets, pillowcases, towels (face / hand / bath / pool), F&B linens (napkins, tablecloths), uniforms, bathrobes. Each client has their own fold style - you'll be trained on the specific size, fold pattern, and stacking pattern for each. Once trained, you stay consistent. Count items as you fold them.
Stacks of 10, 12, or 25 depending on the client. Mark the running count on the station tally sheet. At the end of each batch, your count must match what came out of the dryer. If it doesn't, you raise it before the items leave your station. Count is not optional. What you count is what gets billed - wrong counts here become wrong invoices later. Quality Check
