Laundry Manager

Job Summary Rosewood Mandarina is seeking a Laundry Manager to oversee our laundry operations and ensure the highest standards of service. This role involves supervising the laundry team, maintaining quality control, coordinating equipment maintenance, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and train Laundry Attendants, Washers, Pressers, and Uniform Attendants. Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in guest and hotel linen services. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain equipment and cleanliness standards. Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and operational budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper chemical handling. Handle guest and employee laundry-related requests and concerns. Maintain accurate records and reports for laundry production and inventory.
