This is a full-time position ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on legal proceedings
• Interviewing clients, witnesses and other related parties
• Performing clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems
• Scheduling discoveries, motions, mediations, and pre-trials between counsel, clients, and the courts
• Researching records, court files and other legal documents
• Drafting legal correspondence
• Administering oaths, taking affidavits, and depositions
