Job Description
Our client, a mid‑sized law firm in downtown Toronto, is looking for an experienced Law Clerk / Office Manager for a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Work with a Senior Partner
- Experience with drafting and court/client correspondence
- Must have management‑side and operations experience
- Billing to clients
- Assist with business development and marketing
- Assist with training of articling students
- Assist with company events and gifts
- Expected compensation range: $65,000 to $75,000
- This is a replacement position with the firm
Requirements
- 3+ years of law clerk experience
- Must be experienced with CLIO
- Hybrid: 3 days in office
