Position Job Title: Law Clerk
Location: Ontario (Remote)
Reports To: Legal Counsel
Primary Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Law Clerk to provide hands-on legal and administrative support to Legal Counsel. This role is integral to the day-to-day functioning of the Canadian team and will involve close collaboration with internal business stakeholders.
The successful candidate will assist with, among other things, contract review and management, legal operations, matter intake and tracking, and ongoing follow-up to ensure legal processes are completed efficiently and in alignment with the global legal team’s practices and priorities, and general ad hoc matters.
The team works primarily remotely, with in-office attendance required from time to time.
