Job Summary: As a Commercial Real Estate / Energy Law Clerk, you'll apply your expertise to help train next‑generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real‑world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate land control instruments including deeds, ground leases, rights of way, and easement agreements for term, exclusivity, and conveyance terms. Identify deficiencies, gaps, and execution issues across site control documentation packages. Organize and structure findings into clear, standardized formats suitable for senior legal review.
