A well-established Singapore law firm with a regional practice is hiring a Conveyancing Associate (2–5 PQE) to join its real estate and conveyancing practice. The firm has a steady pipeline of conveyancing work and is looking for a technically sound associate who is comfortable managing matters end-to-end, with appropriate partner support.
The role
Handle a range of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
Draft and review sale & purchase agreements, mortgages, refinancing, transfers, and related documents
Conduct title searches and ensure compliance with Singapore conveyancing and land regulations
Liaise directly with clients, banks, developers, counterparties, and relevant authorities
Manage timelines, filings, and completion processes with attention to detail
Support partners on more complex conveyancing transactions where required
