Lawn and Maintenance Supervisor

Creekside Lawn & Landscape is seeking an experienced, dependable Landscape Lawn & Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crews and ensure top-quality service for our residential and commercial clients.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role—you’ll be working in the field, leading by example, managing crews, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Year‑round employment available (seasonal landscaping with off‑season maintenance and snow operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead lawn & landscape maintenance crews
• Coordinate daily schedules and job assignments
• Ensure quality control on all mowing, trimming, edging, and maintenance work
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Communicate with management and clients as needed
