Lawyer

We are looking for a Mid-Level Lawyer to serve as a legal support point for operations in Brazil and Latin America. This is a strategic position focused on contracts, compliance, and project support.

The role is a secondment project, with an open-ended duration, and fully remote. The assignment is with a global leader in intelligent and sustainable building solutions, specializing in building automation, HVAC, security, access control, and energy efficiency, with operations in over 150 countries.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary legal contact for day-to-day legal matters in Brazil;
• Review, adapt, and manage contracts, letters, and various documents;
• Support local and regional projects with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation;
• Work closely and continuously with the regional business team;
• Update and maintain contract templates and terms and conditions in accordance with local laws;
