Minimum Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Laws

Minimum Experience /Training Requirements

At least three (1) year of relevant experience

At least 8 hours relevant training

Minimum Eligibility Requirement

RA 1080 (Bar)

Duties:

a. Conduct of legal research and study to assist in the formulation of legal strategies;

b. Review existing contracts and propose ways to enhance said contracts;

c. Assist in the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents and communication;

d. Conduct testing of legal processes to enhance efficiency;

e. Assist in the remedial functions of the Legal Services Group;

f. Review administrative cases of employees;

g. Carry out special studies and assignments as necessary inputs to the effective performance of the functions of the Group;
