Currently in the midst of a strategic expansion process, especially in the United States, and are seeking a high-level Legal profile for their Global Legal Department.
Objective of the position: You will be the lead lawyer for the execution of the inorganic growth strategic plan, with focus on the U.S. market. Lead international transactions, guaranteeing the legal security of investments and optimizing internal legal management.
