• 1. Bachelor's degree of Law 2. Board passer 3. Experience within a law firm is preferred 4. Extensive knowledge in land acquisition 5. Extensive knowledge of legal aspects of real estate matters such as land developments, purchases of property and asset transfers. 6. Good understanding of property contracts & experience in real estate industry 7. Experience is processing permits in government agencies 8. Analytical and verbal/written communication skills 9. Keen attention to details, resourceful and highly organized
