About the Role

We are looking for a lawyer to join our Legal Services team. The person will be based in the office of his or her choice in the Saguenay‑Lac‑St‑Jean region. Responsibilities

Carry out various mandates related to the profession of notary or lawyer Review certain types of annual resolutions Draft legal documents and opinions Conduct doctrinal and jurisprudential research Participate in the training of paralegals Analyze and be aware of the budgetary limits of a case Participate in departmental meetings and present topics of interest Develop technical knowledge Analyze work in progress and accounts receivable, where appropriate Meet with customers as required Prepare service offers and customer invoices Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law Member of the Quebec Bar Experience in notary or lawyer profession (with or without experience prioritized) Knowledge of Para‑Maître software (an asset) Innate sense of autonomy and sharp professional judgmen...
