Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and cross-border transactions.

Provide legal advice on compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.

Liaise with external counsel and regulatory agencies as needed.

Prepare and file necessary legal documents and pleadings.

Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.

Support management in decision-making through clear, practical legal guidance.

• Must be a Philippine Bar passer (Underbar experience will not be counted)
• Minimum of 23 years law firm experience as a practicing Lawyer
• Proven expertise in Labor, Criminal, and Civil Litigation
