Position Description Our client is seeking a tax associate with approximately 5 years of experience to join its tax team in Toronto.

The successful candidate will advise on:

Structuring of domestic and cross-border investments

Private equity transactions and fund formation

Mergers and acquisitions

Partnership and joint venture arrangements

Real estate investment structures

Energy and infrastructure transactions, including tax credit and incentive regimes

Private wealth and family office structuring
