Layout Mask Designer je zodpovědný za grafický návrh integrovaných obvodů. Jedná se o převádění elektrických schémat do grafické podoby – Layoutu. Tato grafická předloha nadále slouží jako podklad pro výrobu integrovaného obvodu (zjednodušeně lze tuto práci přirovnat k návrhu PCB desek).
