**Basic Function / General Description:**

Coach or provide training for layout engineer

Work with Otis selling companies for layout support

Preparing/Studying elevator layout &aesthetic fixtures

Providing final elevator layout to factory/customer

**Job Responsibilities:**

· Support Layout engineering manager planning and management for the layout team in line with the objectives and strategies of GHR CLC.

· Be responsible for to support staff competence improvement (e.g. training and coaching.)

· Develop and continually improve the work processes& employee competence to adapt business requirement.
