Team and Role Introduction:
Lazada Search Business Enablement is a critical domain, and we are expecting domain product experts in the following areas:
⁃ Design search & recommendation roadmap in both commercial strategy and customer mindset.
⁃ Leverage Algo, tech and real-time engineering ability to improve search efficiency, on the basis of full understanding of user group and category characteristics.
⁃ Design overall search strategy of assortment growth and seller growth.
⁃ Build seller quality measurement, incubating segments and seller traffic mechanism with the commercial team, to achieve platform targets
⁃ Build Lazada traffic operation frameworks and efficiency and integrate local business strategies.
