Job Description

As an LBM Associate, you will help customers fully understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products for their requirements. You will act as a knowledgeable sales professional, making recommendations that solve customers’ problems and enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Clarify and understand customers’ needs and guide them to the best solution for their projects
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Tak initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
• Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up
• Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service
• Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently
• Continually learn about products and market conditions
