Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Monitor export consolidation planning for overseas offices or agent. 
Perform system mapping & verify documents once confirmed and prepare pre‑alert for manifest. 
Work closely with warehouse/vendor for trucking and stuffing. 
Arrange for payment based on carrier billing and declaration of clearance permit. 
Declaration of DG Application and Final PM4, good acknowledgement on MSDS. 
Update import origin offices the transshipment cargo connecting vessel details once there are any changes. 
Place booking with co‑loader. 
Submit necessary documentation and pre‑alert destination offices to the co‑loader once ready. 
Perform Profit & Loss analysis for export containers and send out / take in the billing from/to offices. 
Close file within the timeframe given in SOP. 
Ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
