Job Purpose:

The Learning and Development Consultant - Foundation role purpose is to design, deliver, and support impactful learning initiatives across the organisation. This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences for employees and managers during the onboarding process and the sales development pathway.

The role works closely with senior stakeholders to identify learning needs and with the wider L&D team to develop existing content and to create new content to meet organisational needs.

Through desk-based coaching, workshops, and performance-focused training, the Senior Learning and Development Consultant supports individual growth, enhancing team capability, and driving organisational success.
