Position Summary

The Instructional Designer at Valor Global is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing learning solutions that support employee performance, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role focuses on creating engaging, learner‑centered training content using proven instructional design principles while collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials such as training modules, presentations, manuals, job aids, and assessments
