As an L&D Instructional & Curriculum Developer, you will be the creative architect behind our learning ecosystem. This role is a blend of educational psychology, creative design, and strategic collaboration. You will transform complex information into engaging, digestible, and impactful learning experiences that drive performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Development

• Analyze performance gaps and learning needs to architect effective, solution-oriented training.
• Apply adult learning principles to develop materials for diverse delivery methods, including e-learning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT (VILT), and blended solutions.
• Design detailed storyboards, scripts, and course outlines that serve as the foundation for digital and classroom training.
