L&D Manager

We are hiring for our client a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager responsible for planning, designing, and developing training curriculum, managing various learning projects, and evaluating the effectiveness of both new and existing programmes. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with external partners, agencies, institutes, and internal stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct observations to identify performance gaps and collaborate closely with the in-house Trainer and Restaurant Management to evaluate and enhance programme effectiveness.
• Partner with department heads and subject matter experts to design, review, and continuously improve curriculum and learning materials aligned with defined learning outcomes.
• Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and learning pathways, including alignment with relevant national skills frameworks for accreditation purposes.
