Learning and Development (L&D)
- Manage day-to-day L&D administration and operations such as:
- LMS system administration
- Coordinate and manage the roll-out and completion of mandatory training/e-learning for the employees
- Learning courses communication & logistical support
- Work closely with vendors to ensure curriculums are relevant, consistent & effective for the target audience
- Managing external training partners for effective course delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on launching group-wide learning modules
- Manage the reporting for In-Principle Approval (IPA) for all training requirements
- Assist in reviewing and implementing Human Resource (HR) operational policies, processes, and guidelines
