The CMT L&D team is seeking a Training Specialist to manage and develop scalable, innovative learning solutions for 4000+ employees in India. The responsibilities include but are not limited to designing learning content, short- and long-term learning strategies, building awareness of L&D program offerings, communicating program improvements and updates, conducting needs analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and working with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop or modify programs that impact our business.
