LDOC Digital Communication Services Technician-24/7 support for NATO with security clearance

We are looking for a Digital Communication Services Technician to join the LDOC (NATO's Land Command Operations Centre) team. This is a critical 24/7 support role responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and rapid restoration of over a dozen key NATO CIS (Communication and Information Systems) – including situational awareness tools, logistics systems, collaboration platforms, and voice/video infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 local enhanced preemptive and Response and Restoration activity to LC2IS (Sitaware), NCOP, LOGFAS, TOPFAS, JOCWatch, JCHAT, SEW, ICC, Airc2IS, JTS/FAST with a response time of 30 min and resolution/restore time of 1 hour.

• Support CISCO WebEx, MS Teams and other event/meeting platforms for Digital/Hybrid Events
