LDR Coordinator

We are looking for an international LDR Coordinator to lead and support our Lead Development Representative (LDR) team across multiple regions. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in lead generation, qualification, CRM organization, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the LDR team.
• Monitor lead qualification quality and ensure adherence to company standards and processes.
• Track team KPIs, productivity, and conversion metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide coaching, onboarding, and continuous feedback to LDRs to improve performance and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
