Lead 400kV SAP – HV Service

The Role As a Lead 400kV SAP, you will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and oversight of high-voltage electrical systems up to 400kV within the onshore renewables sector. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role provides technical guidance, operational support, and safety leadership to ensure compliance and integrity of critical infrastructure.
Working closely with Operations and Project Management, you’ll ensure adherence to high-voltage safety processes across all sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an Authorised Person on 400kV systems, with strong knowledge of safety management, grid connections, commissioning, and electrical operations. Leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills are essential to support teams and promote a culture of safety and technical excellence.
