Lead Client Success Management
Reporting to our AVP – Client Success Management, the Lead Client Success Manager will strengthen long‐term relationships with senior‐level decision makers across global customer accounts, drive strategic engagement, and help increase revenue.
The role requires a client‐focused, strategic, and relationship‐driven professional with a global mindset, passion for technology, and a track record of delivering results in a fast‐paced, high‐impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.
Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to understand needs and align them with Nasdaq's solutions.
Create demand for Nasdaq's products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
