We are seeking an experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at RADIUS TELECOMS INC.' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. Asset Capitalization & Project Cost Monitoring
- Collaborate with Project Owners, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to monitor project completion status and assess readiness for capitalization
- Track and manage Assets Under Construction (AUC), ensuring proper classification of CAPEX and OPEX
Settle completed projects from AUC to fixed asset accounts and update asset master records
Ensure accurate and timely recording of asset capitalization, reclassification, and disposal transactions with complete documentation and approvals
