We are seeking an experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at RADIUS TELECOMS INC.' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our accounting function, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting for the organisation. Asset Capitalization & Project Cost Monitoring

• Collaborate with Project Owners, Procurement, and cross‑functional teams to monitor project completion status and assess readiness for capitalization
• Track and manage Assets Under Construction (AUC), ensuring proper classification of CAPEX and OPEX
• Settle completed projects from AUC to fixed asset accounts and update asset master records
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of asset capitalization, reclassification, and disposal transactions with complete documentation and approvals
