Lead Accountant

Lead Accountant Dallas, TX - 4 days onsite (WFH Fridays) Compensation: $110-120K + bonus One of Vaco's privately-held pharmaceutical clients recently expanded and is looking to onboard a Lead Accountant to the team (with a promotional track to Manager for the right individual). Company is growing exponentially (over 50% YoY) as well as expanding into new markets. We've placed several people on the team and have received great feedback on culture and leadership. The role itself is 50/50 review/hands-on work, acting as the first line of defense for the Accounting Director, evaluating their reporting packages and financial statements with a critical eye to look for anything that's off. Leadership is big on new ideas and automation - currently looking at a ERP conversion and just implemented FloQast.
