A Lead Engineer position is currently available at Belcan in Querétaro, México. This is a full‑time position with benefits.

• Provide technical leadership for junior members of the engineering team.
• Perform, review and mentor activities that include knowledge of mechanical analysis, gas turbine engine component design, hand calculations, engineering documentation composition, component durability assessment, and engine manufacturing, build, and test.
• Implement product definition criteria in accordance with requirements for commercial attributes associated with producibility/manufacturability of the component.
• Oversee and mentor the design of components and systems for Turbomachinery technology, mainly hardware such as brackets, ducts, tubes, hoses, and harnesses.
