Job Description
Become the key Supervisor for afterschool recreation activities for children aged 5-14. Provide leadership and oversight for programs while ensuring a structured environment.
As the Lead Afterschool Site Supervisor, you will manage a team, develop programs, and support both staff and participants. Experience with child supervision and readiness to comply with safety qualifications are essential. You'll play a vital role in shaping enriching afterschool experiences for the youth in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and staff management
• Design and implement recreational activities
• Ensure compliance with healthy child development standards
• Monitor children's safety and engagement

Requirements:
• Certification in Standard First Aid Level & CPR C
