Lead Agronomist

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

• Conducting experiments and performing test procedures to produce reliable, reproducible results.
• Documenting and summarising experimental data for review and interpretation.
• Communicating results and observations to team members, including any unexpected results or observations.
• We’re looking for a seasoned agronomist to lead operations in-country. This person will:
• Oversee and manage a team of field agronomists
• Take full responsibility for agronomic strategy, planning, and execution
• Have a strong command of crop nutrition, soil health, and sustainable farming practices
• Lead field trials, product testing, and agronomic R&D
• Collaborate with commercial teams on business development efforts
• Act as the key point of contact for agronomy activities in the region
