Lead AI Automation Engineer

Role Overview
Programmers Force is looking for a highly capable Lead AI Automation Engineer to design, implement, and scale AI-driven automation across the organization. This role is for a hands-on technical leader who will work closely with each department to understand existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and deploy AI tools, agents, and automation pipelines to improve productivity, speed, and operational efficiency.
This is a critical leadership role that combines:
AI solutions & agent workflows
Automation operations
Scripting & DevOps-style automation
Team leadership of Python developers
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Support, HR, Finance & Ops
