What You'll Do


Lead AI efforts — from strategy to hands-on execution
Build and deploy production-grade models (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, etc.)
Partner with product and engineering teams to ship AI-powered features
Champion AI-driven development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor
Scale our AI infrastructure and build a top-tier AI/ML team
Stay on the edge of GenAI trends and turn them into real innovation
Qualifications


7 years of engineering experience, 3 in AI/ML
Fluent in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and MLOps workflows
Experience with LLMs, vector databases, semantic search, or finetuning
Comfortable writing and shipping code yourself — not just leading
Skilled in using AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, CodeWhisperer, etc.)
Strong product sense and a startup builder’s mindset
