Lead Analyst - Inventory Planner

**What You Will Do**

+ Execute regional inventory planning, replenishment, and deployment strategies across the supply chain network.
+ Optimize inventory positioning across central, regional, and local distribution centers to maximize service and efficiency.
+ Manage inventory allocation decisions and monitor inventory health to mitigate shortages, excess stock, and service risks.
+ Drive inventory optimization initiatives focused on improving inventory turns, working capital, and service performance.
+ Develop inventory dashboards, forecasts, KPI reports, and analytical insights to support business decision-making.
+ Coordinate inter-warehouse and inter-regional inventory transfers while evaluating deployment scenarios and cost impacts.
+ Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes through inventory projections, risk assessments, and launch readiness planning.
