Lead Analyst, People Analytics

ServiceTitan is building the operating system for the trades, and the People Insights & Analytics (PIA) team is building the people-analytics function that helps us do it. We are hiring a Lead Analyst to own our most complex analytical work and bring research-grade rigor to the questions we answer. You will design the dashboards and insight content with stakeholder adoption and usage in mind while partnering directly with HR leaders to turn data into decisions.
