Lead Analyst - Quantitative Index & Options Strategy

Job Summary

We are looking for someone to join our team of professionals that supports the Index Strategy team of a top global investment bank, with a special focus on Options. The ideal candidate will join our Chile-based team, working collaboratively with our colleagues in India and with the client across its global locations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the platform for index production.

Program and develop strategies using rulebooks.

Handle day-to-day issues related to index maintenance and delivery to clients.

Produce and deliver monthly performance reports.

Perform data quality checks to ensure the accuracy of inputs used for index calculations.

Collaborate with development teams to improve the efficiency and accuracy of index calculations.

Implement continuous improvements in processes and tools used for index production.
