Lead Application Developer

**ADP is seeking a Lead Application Developer** to drive end-to-end solution delivery across our application portfolio. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership—guiding design, code quality, data integration, and reporting capabilities across a complex ecosystem that includes .NET, SQL Server, Oracle/Oracle APEX, Salesforce, and ADP data sources. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**

**Here's what you can expect on a typical day:**

+ Own solution delivery across the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
+ Design and build .NET applications (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) with clean architecture and testable patterns.
+ Develop robust data layers using SQL Server (T-SQL queries, views, functions, stored procedures) and Oracle (PL/SQL) and build apps in APEX where appropriate....
