Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverables
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integration
• Identify design discrepancies, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holders
• Review Shop Drawings
• Respond to RFI
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks
• Support project teams in maintaining design consistency and construction accuracy

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch. – 5-year program)
• 8 - 20 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site execution
• Excellent Aesthetic sense
• High level of understanding of Various Design disciplines and their interdependences...
