Functional Objectives- Provide expert-level support and strategic guidance for SAP development, and integration on the SAP S/4HANA platform and BTP.
- Define and drive the technical strategy for SAP custom development, middleware integration governance across global SAP landscapes.
- Oversee the design and implementation of integration frameworks with B2B platforms and EDI networks, ensuring seamless data flow and business continuity.
- Provide leadership in managing Level 3 (L3) support and the end-to-end delivery of technical enhancements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
- Manage and guide external delivery factories, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to development standards across outsourced teams.
