2. Multi-Family Homes
3. Light Commercial
4. Accessory Structures (decks, patios, gazebos, etc.)
Job Description:
1. Lead delivery of North American architectural projects (permit + construction sets)
2. Convert scope + codes/zoning/site inputs into buildable drawings
3. Own AutoCAD/Revit production standards, sheets, details, and coordination
4. Drive schedule, milestones, daily priorities, and throughput
5. Review/close redlines fast; enforce version control
6. Run QA/QC before issue (accuracy, consistency, print-ready sets)
7. Manage and mentor team (tasking, feedback, training, performance)
