Job Description:
The AS400 Security Engineer will play a critical role within the Infrastructure Security Engineering team, focusing on the design, implementation, and ongoing support of security solutions for AS400 and Mainframe environments. This position ensures that security configurations meet established standards and provides technical assurance for systems managed by the infrastructure and platform teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, maintain, and enhance security solutions for AS400 and Mainframe platforms.
Support the day-to-day operations of the bank's security tools with a primary focus on AS400 and Mainframe systems.
Manage and execute security-related change requests for AS400 and Mainframe environments.
Develop and maintain documentation, including Security Standards, Access Control Baselines, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to automate AS400 system and security administration tasks.
