Job Description
Drive loss prevention success as a leading Asset Protection Team Lead. Oversee training, assist in internal theft detection, and ensure adherence to loss prevention standards at multiple retail locations.
In this full-time position, you will provide leadership within asset protection while managing multiple stores. Responsibilities include training new agents, evaluating exception reports, and conducting store tours with leadership. You will also collaborate with the District Loss Prevention Manager to enhance security measures and support in hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training and development of new and existing agents
• Review loss prevention reports to detect internal theft
• Conduct store tours and OPEX evaluations
• Assist high shrink stores with inventory preparations
• Organize quarterly shoplifting blitzes
